GenM FAQ — AI Legacy, Legacy Pro, Social Ops, Voice AI & Business Suite AI
GenM Online • FAQ

One clean ladder: Legacy → Pro → Social → Voice → Suite.

This page answers the most common questions owners ask before starting the $1 AI Legacy trial, activating AI Legacy Pro, adding AI Social Ops or Voice AI Receptionist, or requesting a Business Suite AI build.

Built for 1–10 users — owner-first by default
Execution layers — activate only what you need

Not sure which layer fits first? Email info@genm.online with your business type, team size, and the bottleneck you feel (visibility, content, calls, or full build). We’ll reply with a simple starting point.

Step 1 • AI Legacy

AI Legacy — your universal starting point.

Start here if you’re asking “Where do I begin?” or “Can this replace my current stack without chaos?”

Activation & onboarding

AI Legacy connects your business, captures setup data, and gives you a clean baseline so additional layers activate without rebuilding.

What is AI Legacy, in plain language? +
AI Legacy is your activation layer. It sets up your GenM workspace, collects the key inputs (brand, offers, channels, goals), and prepares your account so you can activate additional execution layers when you’re ready: Legacy Pro, Social Ops, Voice AI, or Business Suite AI.
Does the $1 trial include real functionality? +
Yes. The $1 trial is designed to produce a real baseline—not a demo. You’ll connect the essentials, see your workspace live, and confirm the best next layer based on your bottleneck.
Do I need to activate every layer after Legacy? +
No. GenM is built to be layered. Start with AI Legacy, then activate only what solves the next constraint: visibility alignment (Legacy Pro), publishing cadence (Social Ops), call capture (Voice AI), or full operating system build (Business Suite AI).
Can I run GenM as a solo owner? +
Yes. GenM is built for 1–10 users. Many owners run AI Legacy + one layer (Pro or Social or Voice) solo, then add users only when needed.
Step 2 • AI Legacy Pro

AI Legacy Pro — visibility alignment + trust groundwork.

This layer is for owners who want their public presence clean, consistent, and credible across the surfaces that influence discovery.

When Pro is the right next step

Most owners choose Pro when visibility and trust signals feel inconsistent—or when they want the cleanest foundation before scaling content, calls, or ads.

What does AI Legacy Pro do that Legacy does not? +
AI Legacy is the activation path. AI Legacy Pro is the execution layer focused on visibility alignment + trust groundwork. It’s where your public signals get tightened so everything downstream (reviews, content, calls, conversion) performs better.
Should I activate Pro before Social Ops? +
If visibility and trust are the bottleneck, yes—Pro first. If your bottleneck is simply publishing consistency, you can add Social Ops sooner. The clean rule is: activate the layer that solves the next constraint.
Will Pro change my website or brand? +
Pro is not a “rebrand project.” It focuses on alignment: accuracy, consistency, and the signals that influence discovery and customer trust.
Step 3 • AI Social Ops

AI Social Ops — consistent publishing without daily pressure.

This layer builds a steady cadence inside your GenM planner so your brand stays visible without you living in content tools.

Cadence, repurposing, execution

Social Ops is built for owners who want output and consistency—without turning content into a second job.

What does Social Ops actually handle? +
Social Ops helps you maintain a consistent publishing rhythm. It turns your offers, FAQs, wins, and proof into posts and schedules them through the GenM planner.
Do I need to be active on every platform? +
No. Social Ops is designed for focus. Pick the platforms that matter most for your market and keep a clean cadence there.
Can I add Social Ops even if Pro isn’t activated yet? +
Yes. If your bottleneck is consistency and output, Social Ops can be activated after AI Legacy. If your bottleneck is trust and public signal alignment, start with Pro first.
Step 4 • Voice AI

Voice AI Receptionist — 24/7 call capture + booking.

This layer is for businesses where missed calls equal lost revenue—wired into CRM, pipelines, and calendars.

Calls, routing, booking

Voice AI is the layer that protects inbound demand—so leads don’t disappear when you’re busy.

When should I activate Voice AI? +
Activate Voice AI when calls matter and missed calls are costing you. It’s ideal once your baseline is live (AI Legacy) and you want consistent capture + booking without hiring.
What happens after a call is handled? +
Outcomes can be logged to the contact record, routed to the right pipeline stage, and used to trigger follow-up—so calls don’t stay isolated from execution.
Are there usage costs for calling and texting? +
Yes. Like most serious CRMs, usage such as SMS, call minutes, and AI tokens is billed separately based on actual consumption. We keep it clear and itemized so you can map cost to ROI.
Step 5 • Business Suite AI

Business Suite AI — done-for-you operating system build.

The top layer: when you want the full architecture built clean—offers, pipelines, calendars, payments, automations, and documentation.

Full build, clean execution

Business Suite AI compresses time. It’s for owners who want the system built to a high standard, end-to-end.

Do I need Business Suite AI to benefit from GenM? +
No. You can stay at AI Legacy + one layer (Pro, Social Ops, or Voice) and still get strong results. Business Suite AI is for owners who want a complete build and a fully mapped system.
What do you build inside Business Suite AI? +
Business Suite AI is where we architect the operating system: offers, pipelines, calendars, follow-up, payments, team permissions, and documentation—wired together clean so the business can run it daily.
How do I request a Business Suite AI demo? +
Use the Business Suite AI demo request page and book a time. We’ll confirm fit, walk the system, and outline the cleanest starting path based on your goals.
Across the ladder

Existing tools, data ownership, and support.

These apply across every layer: Legacy, Pro, Social Ops, Voice AI, and Business Suite AI.

Tools & migration

GenM respects where you’re starting from. You can run it alongside your current stack and migrate in phases.

What if I already use other tools for email, scheduling, or reviews? +
That’s normal. Many owners start GenM while still using other tools. You can run AI Legacy as the activation layer, prove one execution layer, and migrate gradually—without forcing an overnight switch.
Who owns my data? +
You do. Contacts, pipelines, notes, and records remain yours across every layer. If you ever decide to leave, you can export key records so you’re not separated from your customer history.
How does support work across layers? +
Support increases as you move up:

AI Legacy: guided onboarding and activation flow.
Legacy Pro / Social Ops / Voice AI: implementation guidance tied to the layer.
Business Suite AI: done-for-you build with clean handoff and documentation.
