GenM Online may offer trial access to the platform, including promotional or introductory pricing. Trial terms, duration, and pricing are disclosed at the time of sign-up.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All software, content, trademarks, and platform components associated with GenM Online are the property of KBM Consulting, LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant GenM Online a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's functionality.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

GenM Online includes automation, artificial intelligence, and system-generated outputs intended to assist with business operations, visibility, and communication.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business results from use of the platform.

The GenM Online platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBM Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBM Consulting, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree not to use the GenM Online platform to engage in unlawful activity, transmit spam or unsolicited messages, violate third-party rights, distribute malware, or misuse communication features.
